We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S territories:
- Orders are filled and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of credit approval.
- For security purposes, and to protect our customers, we do not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make sure that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records.
Order verification and processing normally take one business day:
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day.
- Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday, or by close of business day Tuesday.
*PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS PLACED DURING PROMOTION AND HOLIDAY PERIODS MAY TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
- USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
- Orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time.
- Most orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 days.
Tracking Your Order
USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A SHIPPING METHOD THAT PROVIDES TRACKING INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENSURE FAST AND SECURE DELIVERY OF YOUR MERCHANDISE.
How Rates Are Determined
International shipping rates and delivery options are displayed in the shopping bag for all registered customers.
Shipping rates are based on:
- Product weight
- Type of packaging
- Destination country
- Carrier shipping method
International Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees
Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. Please check with your customs office for detailed information.

Delivery Time Estimate
For international orders, estimated delivery time does not include customs processing time. Processing and delivery times may vary during promotion and holiday periods.
All international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures when they arrive at their destination country. This can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates, and is not within our control.
FOR ALL SHIPPING (U.S. & INTERNATIONAL)
If you refuse a shipment from BlueScandal.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BlueScandal.com. This amount will be deducted from your order.
If your order is returned due to an undeliverable shipping address, you are responsible for original shipping charge, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BlueScandal.com. This amount will be deducted from your order.
- When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
- This email contains the details of your shipment, as well as a tracking number and link to the carrier site.
- You can click on the tracking number to track your order.
- Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
- If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact customer service at help@BlueScandal.com.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within 7 business days of the delivered date.SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE CREDITED FOR RETURN ITEMS.
- Exceptions to this can be made on a case-by-case basis in the event of a defect or wrong item shipped.
- When returning items, please return by USPS only. SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNED ITEMS (BASED ON DEFECT/WRONG ITEM SHIPPED) WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OTHER METHODS.
To Receive a Refund or Replacement:
- You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by email within 7 business days of receipt before making a return.
- To request an RMA number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please be sure to let us know in your email:
- Which item you would like to return.
- The reason for your return.
- The RMA number, once received, must be written in an easy to see place, directly on the copy of your packing slip.
- For any returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost.
Important Note: Items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories. Any items with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. Instructions for return packaging can be found below in the "How to Pack Return Items" section.
How to Pack Return Items
Please pack all items in one package box and have the following items inside the return box:
- All items in their original packaging
- A printed out copy of your invoice indicating which items are being returned (highlight, circle, or mark clearly please).
- If you do not have a printed invoice, please include an Order Note with your order number written out, and be sure to specify the name of the product being returned.
- A printed out copy of the RMA receipt, or the RMA number clearly written on your invoice / Order Note.
- A note indicating the reason(s) for return.
- You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process.
- Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
- Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation.
